What does Monthly Delivery mean?

Some of our items are marked as Monthly Delivery. This means that when you order that item it will automatically be set up to ship to you every month or every 2, 3, or 6 months. The majority of our treats are offered as an automatic monthly delivery, so you may want to be aware of this when placing an order. *Enjoy $5 Flat Rate Shipping for all monthly orders! When submitting your order online, please select our regular Ground shipping rates. The $5 flat rate shipping discount will then be applied by our customer care agents after you submit your order, and then applied to all subsequent orders.

How much is shipping for Monthly Orders?

Monthly orders receive a Flat Rate of $5 for orders under $100. Monthly Orders over $100 receive FREE Shipping!

What type of payment is accepted for monthly orders?

Monthly delivery requires a credit card, so unfortunately PayPal cannot be used for a recurring order.

When will I get my monthly deliveries?

We will process and ship your order within 24-48 hours after it is placed. When one monthly order ships, the following month is put into queue, set to be released on the same day of the month as the previous order. This order will not process until the following month, and you will be emailed that it is waiting.

How do I change my order?

Simply contact us at 1-877-364-8697 or customerservice@dogtoys.com and tell how frequently you want the orders shipped or what you would like to add or remover from your monthly delivery.

Can I skip a month?

Yes, you can skip the next month's shipment by contacting us at 1-877-364-8697 or customerservice@dogtoys.com

I need to hold off a few months before I get another delivery, can I do that?

Yes, just contact us at 1-877-364-8697 or customerservice@dogtoys.com and tell us the date you want your deliveries to start up again.

I placed another monthly order online and now I am getting two orders. What should I do?

Unless you need to get two different shipments each month, please call 1-877-364-8697 and ask for the two monthly delivery orders to be combined into one shipment; combining the two orders will save you money on shipping.

How do I change the delivery date of my order?

Simply email or call us with your desired delivery date and we'll make the change to your upcoming orders.

How do I cancel my monthly deliveries?

Simply call or email us before your next order ships and we will cancel the order in our system.
