What does Monthly Delivery mean?
Some of our items are marked as Monthly Delivery. This means when you order that item it will automatically be set up to ship to you every month. The majority of our treats are also offered as an automatic monthly delivery, so you may want to aware of this when placing an order. When will I get my monthly deliveries?
If you place your order on the 15th we will process and ship your order within 24-48 hours. At the time your order processes your next months order will be generated but will not process until the 15th of the following month at which time the entire process will repeat itself.
How do I change my order?
Simply give us a call at 610-344-2918 and tell what you would like to add or remove from your order.
May I change my order to bi-monthly deliveries?
Yes, by default all automatic shipments are set up as a monthly delivery. However, should you wish to receive your treats every other month instead simply give us a call at 610-344-2918 and ask us to switch your monthly order to bi-monthly.
May I skip a month?
Yes, but only the next month’s shipments. We cannot set up the system to skip a month in the middle of the year. You would have to call us the month before the one you wish to skip so we can adjust your delivery date.
I need to hold off a few months before I get another delivery, can I do that?
Yes, just give us a call at 610-344-2918 and tell us the date you want your deliveries to start up again.
I placed another order online and now I am getting two orders. What should I do?
Unless you need to get two different orders every month you will want to call us to have them combined into one order. Combining the two orders will save you money on shipping.
May I change the delivery date of my order?
You sure can. Simply email or call us with your desired delivery date and we’ll make the change to your upcoming orders.
How do I cancel my monthly deliveries?
While we hate to see you leave, we understand that circumstances arise when you must cancel your deliveries. Simply call us before your next order ships and we will cancel the order in our system.
