• Your requested must be submitted in writing on company letterhead and sent via U.S. Mail (emails and faxes will not be considered) to be accepted into our program.
• Donations are sent out on a first come, first serve basis.
• Due to the large volume of requests received, we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.

Please note: Products sent to your organization are solely intended to be given to the pets in your care waiting for adoption. Please do not sell or raffle the donated items; we do not accept requests for fundraisers or raffles of any kind.
